The ArtHouse project transformed an underutilized 15,000 square foot facility in downtown Gary, IN, into a cultural hub, showcasing visual and culinary arts. Mir Collective’s competition-winning design resurfaces and illuminates the existing building while empowering local youth, training underemployed residents, and highlighting local manufacturing capabilities.
